Your privacy is important to Us. To better protect Your privacy, We provide this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explaining Our online information practices and the choices You can make about the way Your information is collected and used at this Site.

This Privacy Policy forms part of Our Terms of Use and the Expert Agreement (to the extent You are an Expert) (collectively, the "Site Terms"), each of which You confirm You have read, understood and agree to be bound by. If You do not agree to this Privacy Policy or any other Site Terms then please do not access or otherwise use the Site, the Site's services or any information contained herein.  Any capitalized terms that are not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.

Introduction

We are committed to respecting Your online privacy and recognize Your need for appropriate protection and management of any personally identifiable information You share with Us.

"Personal Information" means Your name, email address, Your password and any information that may be used to identify You as an individual. Any information, video, image, data, text, documents, or other content posted at the direction of a User onto public area of the Site becomes publicly published content and will be available to all Users of the Site as well as search engines and other crawlers even if such content contains Personal Information. Please note that if You publish Your contact information, You may receive unsolicited messages from users and visitors to the Site. We encourage You to publish only information You are sure You want to be accessible to anyone

This is an Internet-based website and information submitted in on the Site may be read, collected, and used by others, and the Site is not responsible for it.

The Way We Use Personal Information

Currently, We do not require You to provide Personal Information in order to have access to information available on Our Site. However, in order to provide You with some of the services given under the Site (including the Expert Service), a User must first create an account ("Account") and complete a registration form by manually typing the requested details or by importing such details from the User's Facebook account via Facebook connector. By logging on to the User's Facebook account in order to complete registration, User grants Us authorization to access certain information in such User's Facebook account which is required for registration. During registration the User is requested to provide Uswith information including but not limited to: his or her first and last name, email address, password that he or she will use for his or her Account, date of birth and other specified information. You may add more information about Yourself to Your Account, such as Your picture, address, Your invoice details and Meeting and calendar options.

If want to become an Expert You must also complete an expert form and provide Us with certain information such as Your full name, the categories in which You are an expert, Your PayPal account (in order to be paid by the Clients) including the required authorization to initiate debit entries to such payment account. To the extent that You are an Expert, You may also add to Your Account additional information such as Your occupation, degree, gender, experience, CV, videos, or anything else You would like to write about Yourself.

Except for the User's email address, billing information and password, all the information that the User provides Us will be published publicly and all Users and visitors to the Site can view it. Certain information will also be displayed in the User Card (Expert Card or Client Card, as applicable) which includes information about the User (each, a "Card").

Please note that if You add Your contact information, such information may be published on Your Card and accordingly You may receive unsolicited messages from Users and visitors of the Site. We encourage You to publish only information You are sure You want to be accessible to anyone.

If You submit Personal Information to Us through the Site, then We will use Your Personal Information to improve Our services to You, to contact You and to identify and authenticate Your access to the Site’s services that You are authorized to access.

We may provide Personal Information and non-personally-identifiable information to Our subsidiaries, affiliated companies, or other businesses or persons for the purpose of processing such information on Our behalf. We require that these parties agree to process such information in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

We use Your email address to send You information regarding Your Account. We may also use Your email address to send updates, a newsletter or news regarding our services.  You can remove email notifications at your account configuration.

Without derogating from any provision of this Privacy Policy, We may view or disclose Your Personal Information (including Your IP address) or any other information You submitted via the Site and its services (including the Expert Service) if We have a good faith belief that viewing or disclosure of such information is helpful or reasonably necessary to (i) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, (ii) enforce Our Site Terms including investigations of potential violations thereof, (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (iv) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Mexper, its Users, You or the public.

We may use Anonymous Information (as defined below) or disclose it to third party service providers, to improve our services and enhance Your experience with the Site and its services. We may also disclose Anonymous Information (with or without compensation) to third parties, including advertisers and partners, for purposes including, but not limited to, targeting advertisements.

Anonymous Information means information which does not enable identification of an individual user, such as aggregated information about the use of our Site and services.

Specific Functionality

Fee Collection

If payment for a service is made through the PayPal account, PayPal’s privacy policy will apply to the information You supply to them.

Private Messages

If You are a registered User and have an Account You may send and receive private messages to and from other registered Users of the Site and from Us. Any information that You send within such message is visible only to the message recipients. Be aware that the recipients can publish Your message's content or any part of it.

Feedback Rating

The Expert is aware that Client has access to feedback rating where the Client can score his paid  Meetings and Webinar. The feedback rating results of each Expert will be visible to all Users of the Site except that the Personal Information (including name) of the Client that provided feedback rating to a certain Expert will not be visible to other Users other than the Expert.

User Integrity

Mexper uses tracking technologies which track the User's activities on the Site and will display the following details on Your integrity folder which shall be visible to any Users or visitors of the Site: Your total Meetings hours, number of disputes that Your were involved in, number of Meetings that You cancelled, number of times You were Absent from Meetings, Your Meeting counter average.

Client Request

Clients may enter a request to the Site's system for the purpose of searching applicable Experts in a certain category and/or sub category. The Site's systems shall then automatically search for the match category and/or sub category and send those matched Experts a private message and email notification. Such matched Expert may contact the Clients in order to offer their Expert Service.

Email Notifications

We shall use Your e-mail address that You provide Us for getting notifications about certain activities You have subscribed to or which relate to You. Please note that some actions on the Site, such as receiving private messages, information regarding proposed or scheduled Meeting, Client requests (as specified above), may subscribe You automatically to getting notifications. Please further note that some notifications, such as a notification for receiving a private message, may be enabled by default. You can remove email notifications at Your account configuration.

Expert  Marketplace Service

Mexper does not screen or edit the content of communications between Experts and Clients. The communications between Clients and the Experts are personal and private provided that Client may use such communication (including recording the Meeting) for personal purposes.

Be aware that though We require the Experts to process such information in compliance with Our Privacy Policy, and We use reasonable commercial efforts to limit their use of such information and to use other appropriate confidentiality and security measures, We cannot guarantee its absolute security and Mexper is not liable for any acts or omissions of Experts.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

Some of our Site pages utilize "cookies" and other tracking technologies. A "cookie" is a small text file that may be used, for example, to collect information about Site activity. Some cookies and other technologies may serve to recall Personal Information previously indicated by a Site user. Most browsers allow You to control cookies, including whether or not to accept them and how to remove them.

You may set most browsers to notify You if you receive a cookie, or You may choose to block cookies with Your browser. 

Log Files

Like many other websites, this Site makes use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, clicked pages and any other information Your browser may send to Us. We may use such information to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement around the Site, and gather demographic information. Such information is not linked to any information that is Personal Information, with the exception of the IP address which might be used to identify spamming attempts.

Choice

You may choose whether or not to provide Personal Information to the Site. If You choose not to provide the Personal Information We request, You can still visit most of the Site, but You may be unable to access certain options, offers, and services that involve Our interaction with You.

Access/Accuracy

To the extent that You do provide Us with Personal Information, Mexper wishes to maintain accurate Personal Information. You may check Your Profile at "My Account" and add information, delete information or correct any incorrect information.

Our Site may contain links to other sites. Other sites may also reference or link to Our Site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other sites.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not structured to attract children under the age of 13. Accordingly, We do not intend to collect Personal Information from anyone We know to be under 13 years of age.

In the Event of Merger, Sale, or Bankruptcy

In the event that We are acquired by or merged with a third party entity, We reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information We have collected from Our Users as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. In the unlikely event of Our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors' rights generally, We may not be able to control how Your Personal Information is treated, transferred, or used.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of the Site who are California residents to request certain information regarding its disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
